Retail

Northline’s retail offerings will be a destination in and of themselves. A visit to Northline means stopping in at some of your favorite, familiar stores, as well as discovering unique, local boutiques. With a mix of casual and fine dining options, you’ll have plenty of restaurants to choose from for a great meal. All retail is being brokered by Endeavor Real Estate Group, a premier provider of retail real estate services, with offices in every major market in Texas.

Office

Significant Class-A office space is coming to Northline, easily accessible to morning or evening commuters exiting the major 183 and 183A thoroughfares, along with other convenient transit options. The state-of-the-art office building will feature high-quality finishes and amenities built for employers and their employees. Amenities will include accessible parking, retail within the building, floor-to-ceiling windows, and much more. Officing at Northline is designed to support a more productive and satisfying workday with additional public space and retail in the immediate vicinity. Employees will be able to stretch their legs in nearby Town Square or have team lunches at the multitude of surrounding restaurants.

Commercial office space is being developed and managed by St. John Properties.

Healthcare

The northwest corner of Northline will be dedicated to medical office and related healthcare facilities to support and sustain the growing region’s healthcare needs. Northline is invested in our community and aims to provide the services and amenities most needed by our residents and visitors. As more and more people move to Central Texas, ample opportunities for health and wellness services have never been more critical.

With St. David’s Hospital complex directly across the street, the addition of Northline’s planned medical office and related healthcare facilities will make this downtown district of Leander a principal healthcare center in Williamson County.

Healthcare real estate is being developed by Ryan Companies and brokered by Transwestern.

Residential

From students and singles to families with children and empty-nesters, Northline is a community thoughtfully developed for all to call home. With a broad range of multi-family units and single-family townhomes, our community will offer residential options to suit any lifestyle.

The Brownstone at Northline townhomes currently are available for purchase and have been developed by Novak. The first 25 residences are completed and select townhomes are available for purchase. Townhomes by Novak feature spacious 3,000+ sq. ft. floor plans, private elevators, a rooftop terrace for entertaining, chef’s kitchen, and an en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closets.

Slate Real Estate Partners developed Northline’s first apartments and townhomes available for rent. Slate’s project, Gramercy at Northline, is a 343-unit development across multiple buildings, offering studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom residences. Community amenities include a clubhouse, coworking space, outdoor courtyard, game lawn, pool, and fitness center.

Hotel

Northline will become a place of connections and provide experiences for neighbors and visitors from across the region and beyond. As part of this vision, Northline is seeking a full-service or limited full-service hotel with a convention center to become the premier stay for those visiting Williamson County for business or leisure.

Public Spaces

Designed to be the new downtown, Northline Town Square will draw visitors from near and far. We take our relationship with the City of Leander very seriously and place a premium on public amenities. Community benefits will include an expansive public park with a pavilion and entertainment stage, a promenade for events and festivals, a fitness lawn, outdoor living and seating grove, play areas with a splash pad water feature and lots more.

Northline is being developed in partnership with the City of Leander, which has provided $15 million in upfront certificate of obligation bond funding, plus additional reimbursements, for public infrastructure. This includes streets, parks, and trails connections to bring highly-anticipated recreation spaces and community benefits to the region. In turn, this will further bolster Leander’s long-term economic development.

Public Art

Visitors to Northline will be able to experience authentic, innovative art installations throughout the community that reflect the City’s balanced growth and creative character. Through a partnership with Public City, a local community engagement and activation firm, we have met with various stakeholders to help shape a strategic arts program that is inclusive, family-friendly, and uniquely Leander. We look forward to partnering with a variety of local, regional, and Texas-based artists to bring this immersive vision to life.

Northline is excited to work with Agustina Rodriguez on the project’s first piece of public art titled “Cascade.” The piece is inspired by Central Texas’ beautiful waterfalls and Leander’s unique terrain with cascading archways that echo the movement of these natural features. Cascade will serve as a timeless work of art that reinforces Leander’s heritage and enhances the Northline experience.

Technology

Throughout the 116 acres, Northline is implementing the most up-to-date technology, including Smart City advancements, to increase efficiencies, improve quality of services, and ensure the design meets all present and future technological needs.

Wireless infrastructure is being managed by Level-Up.
