Something new is coming to Leander’s downtown district ✨

Introducing The Market District at Northline: 30,000 square feet of new retail space planned for boutique shops, restaurants, and wellness and beauty concepts.

Developed in partnership with @partners_cre, the Market District at Northline will lean toward international businesses that you won’t find anywhere else in the region, celebrating the diversity of our community and Williamson County’s growing connection with South Korea.

The first tenants are targeted to open in Q1 2028.

Get ready, Leander: Northline’s first restaurants and retailers are opening in early 2027 🥳

🛒 Developed with @endeavor_re and anchored by @sprouts, the first phase of the Shops at Northline will feature 80,000 square feet of retail and 19 tenants across food, beverage, home goods and everyday services to the Leander community — including favorites like @tacodeli, @7brewcoffee and @shakeshack.
